關於大溪

大溪之現地名為在中日戰爭之後，於1895年台灣割讓與日本之後由日本殖民政府所取。在這之前，凱達格蘭族人將其稱為「大姑陷」、泰雅族人則稱其為「大水」。於1892至1897年間是大溪商業活動之全盛時期，當時大溪主要為茶業、樟腦油、以及其他各種農產品之轉運站。

Ta Shee Area

Ta Shee got its present name from the colonial government after the Sino-Japanese War when Taiwan was ceded to Japan in 1895. Prior to that, the Xiaoli Sect of the Ketagalan people and Atayol people called the area Takoham and Taxui, respectively. Ta Shee experienced its economic boom during 1892 to 1897 when it was a major trading place for tea leaves, camphor oil, and other agricultural products.

關於花海農場

大溪花海農場現址因土壤肥沃氣候溫和，在十九世紀為栽種香茅之用供生產香茅油。之後一段時間這整片地曾經改為種植綠茶，並將其出口至日本。

現在我們將這塊地用以建設花園、以及您所看到的餐廳，總佔地約15公頃可遠望週遭群嶺以及溪流。餐廳之建築本體原先為在1965年完成，用以進行茶業加工處理。我們將這些均加以重新裝璜整理，並完成了您現在所看到的梵谷餐廳。

The Ta Shee Blooming Oasis

 The current location of Ta Shee Blooming Oasis was a farm growing lemongrass dating back to the 19^th century. Due to the rich soil and mild climate in Ta Shee, farmers cultivated quality lemongrass and produced superb lemongrass oil here.

Later, the site became a tea farm growing premium green tea. The green tea was harvested and processed in the factory on the site and exported to Japan. Today Ta Shee Blooming Oasis is both a flower park and a restaurant, occupying 15 hectares surrounded by beautiful mountains and rivers. Our restaurant, the Van Gogh Restaurant, is housed in a converted tea factory built in 1965.

為什麼大溪花海農場是偶像劇的聖地呢？因為這裡有「綠光森林」、「我的秘密花園2」、「天國的嫁衣」、「戀香」、「惡女阿楚」、「海豚愛上貓」、「轉角遇到愛」、「霹靂MIT」等許多偶像劇拍攝取景的地方。另外還有本土偶像劇「金色摩天輪」、「天長地久」、「 再生緣」、「真情滿天下」也在這裡取景，旅遊節目「食字路口」、「歐吉桑遊台灣」及各大平面媒體，也都強力推薦介紹。

Why Ta Shee Blooming Oasis is the pilgrimage of idol dramas? Many idol dramas took films and landscapes from here, for examples , “Green Forest”,“My Secret Garden 2 ”,“Heaven’s Wedding Gown”,“Love Is Fragrant”,“Bad Girl A Chu ”,“When Dolphin Met Cat”,“Corner With Love”and“Mysterious Incredible Terminator”. Otherwise some local dramas such as “The Golden Ferris Wheel”,“Love Me Tender”,“Eternal Happiness”and“The Truth Over The World”took photos here and travel programs like“Sizilukou”and“Old Man Visit Taiwan!”introduced here, too.

這麼多媒體喜歡報導大溪花海農場，是因為大溪花海農場裡有個南歐浪漫文藝風格的「梵谷之家西餐廳」，還有西班牙紅色調且多功能的「香氛工坊」。在香氛工坊旁的是種滿各類香草的「愛麗絲香草園」，還有兼具植栽教學及販售花卉盆栽的「溫室花房」。

Many media likes to report Ta Shee Blooming Oasis. You can enjoy lovely the southern European style restaurant here “ Van Gogh House Restaurant”. And you can make your own lavender pillow in the crimson Spanish architecture “the DIY Workshop” and take the purple pillow home. Nearby the DIY Workshop is the“Alice Vanilla Garden”full of all kinds of vanilla plants. Next to the“Alice Vanilla Garden”is the“Flower DIY Workshop”to supply people the flower pots and horticulture education. 

另外，在十七公頃的農場裡到處都充滿了花！在「紫色夢幻區」裡，種滿了近兩公頃的薰衣草、鼠尾草香草花卉。在「彩虹花田」裡則種著像彩虹一樣，有著一道道鮮艷美麗的各色花卉，而且四季都會更換不同的顏色和花卉。再來，「風情萬種」裡大溪花海農場種的是多年生的灌木植物。最後，在「天國之丘」，您會看到一顆樹座落在大片的花田裡，那就是偶像劇「天國的嫁衣」片頭前三秒出現的那一棵樹喔！大溪花海農場一日行，異國風情不用出國去！  

Ta Shee Blooming Oasis is full of flowers everywhere and considered the largest flower farm in north Taiwan with 17 hectares. When you walk along the country road, at first you can see over 2 hectares abloom violet herbs including the lavenders and the salvia hayatas in the “Dream Lavender”. Second in the“Rainbow field” where verity of various flowers like a rainbow area and it changed from the seasons. And then you can see elder shrubs in the colorful field of Ta Shee Blooming oasis. Finally you can see the only tree of the huge flowers area “Heavenly Field” named by the idol drama“Heaven’s Wedding Gown”. After enjoying the outlandish experience in Ta Shee Blooming oasis for one day, you don’t need to go abroad.    

這裡除了有很多漂亮的花卉外，在山丘上還有座「小牛仔牧場」，在這裡不但可以和小馬、小羊、小兔子等小動物們親近、餵食，還有一個「小蜜蜂生態屋」，小朋友可以在那裡親眼看小蜜蜂們是如何釀造花蜜。大約在下午五點的時候，還可以在「紅霞木棧」看到一整片的紅霞雲彩，居高臨下遠眺大溪風光。

In addition to many beautiful flowers, here are some small and lovable animals such as the ponies、lambs and rabbits to feed travelers the ranch experience in the “ Cowboy Pasture” of the hill. And then children can see the process about the nectar brewing by honey bees. About 17 clock you can overlook the whole landscape of Dasi including evening glow clouds and the golden sunset in the wood observatory of the top hill.
